PERSONALLY ENGRAVED BRICK SALE

This past summer the house underwent over $80,000 in renovations including a state-of-the-art Fire Sprinkler System and extensive exterior landscaping work. To help off-set the costs of these projects we are selling Brick pavers along the new front to Ohio Lambda alumni. Personally engraved for each participating alumni, these bricks are a great way to make a permanent addition to the house.

ORDERING INFORMATION

• Bricks will be placed in the front walkway leading to the main house (122 South Campus Ave) and beyond depending on demand.
• All text will be uppercase with standard size font and style. Greek letters and other symbols not found on a standard keyboard may not be used.
• Each line of text will be automatically centered from left to right.
• Messages engraved on the bricks must be consistent with the positive image of the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity, Ohio Lambda, Miami University. See established guidelines below for inscriptions.

1. No obscenities or profanities.
2. No acronyms that could be construed as obscene or profane.
3. No derogatory messages (explicit or implied) based on race, color, creed, religion, national origin or sexual orientation.
4. No sexually explicit messages or double entendre.
5. No derogatory messages regarding the Fraternity, other fraternities, Ohio Lambda or individuals.
6. No use of or reference to current or former brothers, advisors, cooks, employees of Ohio Lambda or the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity.
7. No derogatory messages regarding any individual or entity.
8. No messages detrimental to the project (messages opposing the Foundation, Scholarship Funds, the Housing Corporation, the Fraternity, etc.)
9. No political messages.
10. No commercial messages or advertising.
The above are general guidelines and the Ohio Lambda Housing Corporation reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to deny sale of any brick with an inappropriate inscription. Likewise, the Ohio Lambda Housing Corporation reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to refuse to install or remove any brick sold and subsequently found inappropriate. In such a case, the customer’s sole remedy shall be replacement with a suitable brick. All installed bricks become the property of the Ohio Lambda Housing Corporation. Bricks may be relocated to accommodate the fraternity house needs but will remain installed at the fraternity house for a minimum of 15 years.
